Conversation between me and my mama today..

Mom: "You just can't understand yet..When you choose to have children, you choose to let your heart live outside of your body. You are my heart, so when you hurt, I hurt x 10000000. There have been so many times in your life that I have just pleaded to God to please take it away from you and give it to me. Please God, give me Haley's burdens times a million and just leave her alone."

Me: "Well...That is exactly what Jesus did. He took all of that, and he hung on a cross in order to do it."

That brings tears to my eyes and joy to my heart.
